Allow those who work paying into taxes get % back instead of allowing women loaning their children out for doubling return taxes.Also I seen that the IRS has become a welfare program.I have to skimp to get 10% of my taxes back where many have worked maybe 4mo and get thousands back.I believe saving debt.There should be policing to fraudulent taxes.
