The ways we can help our country conserve water.

We as an individual can use our own houses, businesses, warehouses, etc. to collet water for ourselve, My petition is some what for us the people to work with our comunities, by collecting water from our structures and giving back to our communities. I suggest a 5% - 10% discount on water costs for our acks and we will all be securing our own future. The attorities and government can really only do so much when it comes to water, we the people have the power to collect for them inturn doing our part. So lets help them out by working a deal to collect rain water from our homes and businesses. If we can come together and do this we will have greater and greener pastures to play in. We need to show that we can help and show that we are serious about conservation.
