The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) needs to increase the annual numerical visa for the family preference visa category for Married Sons and Daughters of a U.S. Citizen(F3). Specially high-skilled immigrants, graduates, and entrepreneurs. There are many more applicants in these categories than there are immigrant visa numbers available each year.
