It is clear from the actions of the Justice Department and by his testimony in front of Congress that Attorney General Holder is incompetent and unethical. Under his so called leadership the Justice Department has violated the Civil Rights of Americans. He has lied about the actions of the Justice Department, his knowledge and the knowledge of the President himself about the actions of the Justice Department to the United States Congress.
As evidence of AG Holder's incompetence and lying I refer you to Operation Fast and Furious, the AP phone records seizure and the joint FBI NSA wiretapping of American citizen's phones and electronic communications.
