We are citizens of the Republic of Komi, the citizens of the Russian Federation, LGBT activists, ask your administration to consider including in the Magnitsky list of those who violate the rights of sexual minorities in Russia: Igor Kovzel, chairman of the State Council of the Komi Republic, Ivan Pozdeyeva, the mayor of the city of Syktyvkar, the adoption of local laws against so-called gomopropogandy and Alexei Kolegova, the leader of the neo-Nazi organization Frontier North, for the pogroms and moral harassment of sexual minorities in Syktyvkar in the period from 2011-2013. We ask them to ban travel to the EU countries and to the United States of America.
