To: Mr. President Barack Obama, the issue of this petition is to imform you we are living in the Salvation Army shelter
located in 1907 NW Miami Fl 33142 and also to let you know we more of 80 patients with HIV+,but the problems we have at this moment is the person in charge in the prog.
Here's Hope is creating new rules doesn't apply to Us. for
the medications we are taking day by day,have very strong
side effects,as you may know our condition is unpredictable
and for that reason the new rules the director try to create
are imhumane like we have to leave the shelter at 8.30 AM
and come back at 11.45 AM and they don't care if is raining
very hot out side or any type of weather also sometimes
we don't feel well with out energy or depress do you think
this is the right help we need,HELP US
