We are spending more that we gain on the South Eastern States. I say we allow them to succeed from the USA to save money

I want Americans to agree to allow the South Eastern part of the country to succeed from the union. They are all "taker" states, the Federal Government gives more money to than they get back. We must close all military bases there, move them to the NEW USA. We would have to pull any and all remaining NASA funding and find military contractors in the NEW USA. We would not tax or protect those states in anyway from enemies, foreign or domestic. We will immediately pass a law saying the the NEW United States of America will not do business with or consider bids from companies in the states who opted out of the Union. the residents would not longer qualify for US citizens benefits either. People should have 6 months to relocate to the new USA if they would like to. Vote Early and Often!
