For too long now BP has been operating within our borders without showing any respect for the country it has been operating in. They have been denying how bad the Gulf spill was and refusing to help those that were promised help and compensation. Now more recently they have created another spill in Lake Michigan, the fifth largest fresh water lake in the world. And their response? They don't expect any significant fallout from this spill. If that doesn't show the lack of respect from this London Based company you only need look at those who have suffered from the 2010 spill. If you feel any amount of the disgust I do at the thought of allowing this company to operate within our borders, please, sign my petition.
