Young people under the age of 18 should be able to acquire a safe and affordable abortion without the need of parental consent. This can be done with a judge, but is often unfairly ruled due to the judge's own personal perspective on abortion itself. We ask that abortion be available without consent in all states and not just some like California, Oregon, and others.
