we ask that all government spending and fiscal buget planning be audited by a third non government party or the citizens

in citys and countys across america fiscal responsablilty is Kept out of our hands, our city is spending over a million dollars on a new generator, witch is find but the old generator has less then 12 hours of use. its just old! the real problem is the final decisions are no longer ours. and our government makes this information intentionally hard to acess. I am hoping that we can gain public acess to our buget and vote on spending in by mass majority putting the power of our money back in our hands. all we need is an open house to vote and review once or twice a year. or a volentary third party the perform cheaks and balences on a city by city basis. we all need to be responsable for our own city by city basis.
