Forbes recently detailed that the Department of Homeland Security has purchased 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition many of these hollow point rounds. Also they have purchased 2700 light tanks. There is no detailed reasons given to the news or to the public why the DHS needs these items and what they will do with them. This is enough bullets to kill 20% of the world population.
