We the people of the United States of America ask the electoral college of the United States to exercise their right to become "faithless electors" when all representatives meet to vote in their respective state capital on December 19th. We therefore ask the electoral college to vote based off the popular vote outcome from the US Presidential Election this past November 08th, 2016.
