We ask that everyone be governed by the rule of law and be held accountable when they neglect to follow the rules.

On July 5th 2016 FBI Director Comey laid out the details of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. We believe those details reveal actions that warrant criminal prosecution. Director Comey said there was no intent therefore no prosecution. The law requires intent or gross negligence. Director Comey clearly described gross negligence. Prosecute Hillary Clinton for gross negligence in her handeling of her emails while serving as Sectetary of State.
Statute 18 USC 793 does not require intent.
