We ask that the FBI takes jurisdiction of the killing of a family so the killers are eligible for the death penalty.

Created by I.M. on November 19, 2014

We ask that the FBI takes jurisdiction in the killing of a family on Tuesday November 18, 2014 in Guaynabo, 3 members of the family were killed in their own living room with bullets to the head and throats by 2 individuals one of them known to the family since he was renting one of their house and owed the owner more than 3 months of rent. The sons of the couple were kidnapped by the attackers one of them was killed by a bullet to the head and the other left for dead after being stabbed. The FBI should take jurisdiction so this killers can be trial under federal laws and therefore qualify for the death penalty for this horrendous and unnecesary crime since under the Puerto Rico constitution the death penalty is not allowed.
