We ask the international community to urge for a recount total votes of the presidential elections in Venezuela.
The events of April 14 in Venezuela are alarming. The current government has developed a big need for survival, unable to accept the will of the Venezuelan people. This has manifested itself in over three thousand documented incidents of electoral irregularities, inhibition of the people to exercise their inalienable right to vote.
In a democratic state, there is no reason why the government should refuse to do a recount when such a large percentage of the population owns. That is why I urge the Obama Administration to refuse to accept the results of the Venezuelan presidential
