We are for the Legalization of Marijuana and the Cannabis Plant, and other cannabinoids. We believe that if much more violent and harmful drugs are legal, tobacco and alcohol, then why not Marijuana? This can be used to serve many wonderful purposes such as fighting depression and relaxing the average day stressed out American. I believe in the legalization fully and ask for it to be legal on a federal level.

The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision
