We ask the President and Lawmakers to institute manditory death sentences for mass murderers, NOT restrict our rights.

The reported presence of explosives (a closely regulated item) in the Aurora CO alleged shooter's apartment shows that criminal behavior can occasionally slip past security measures. Rather than restrict our means of defense (as well as the Nation's, should a "Red Dawn" or similar scenerio occur) or our Constitutional Rights, consider WHO rather than WHAT did this: the weapon required an operator. Institute a manditory death sentence for mass murderers, regardless of mental capacity. One could argue that a killer who knows they will die will encourage mass slaughter and suicide, but that's already happened. Disregard the plea of insanity, because an insane person who commits mass killings is much like a vicious dog: both are unfit for society's well being and should be euthanized
