We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

We ask that President Barack Obama Grant Executive Clemency to Hesham Mohammed Hussein Abu Zubaidah.

Created by J.H. on August 14, 2016

Hesham has lived in the United States since June of 1998. After September 11, 2001 his life changed forever. He was put in jail and ordered deported because of his older brother Zayn Al-Abidin Mohammed Hussein Abu Zubaydah, a current Guantanamo Detainee. Hesham has never committed any crimes and is currently on life time probation for having the name and DNA of an tortured alleged terrorist. This country I thought was better than this, brothers should not pay for the crime of other family members. Hesham deserves his freedom and according to the FBI, President Barack Obama is the only person who is able to grant him freedom. So please with mercy President Barack Obama grant Hesham (Sam) M. H. Abu Zubaidah executive clemency.
