As per Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution, we ask that you address the evidence of foreign interference in the presidential election by calling a special session of Congress.
"He may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them..." This is an extraordinary occasion. We, the people, ask your leadership in bringing this urgent matter to the nation's attention.
