Mr. Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka is a member of a criminal government of Ukraine.
This gentleman is a personal friend of the president of Ukraine, Mr. Viktor Yanukovych, whom they condemned former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
Also, Mr. Victor Pshonka is one of the leaders of criminal clan in Ukraine, which deals with extortion and racketeering business.
The sanctions should include but not be limited to:
- Ban to enter the U.S. for Mr. Victor Pshonka and members of his family.
- Freeze bank accounts of companies affiliated with them.
