We ask that you close the U.S. military base in every country not willing to pay for it's entire cost.

It is uncessesary and costly to maintain a cold war miliary in a post cold war era. Other than a few foreign bases that need our presence such as Taiwan, South Korea and Pakistan, we should not be the world's security force, unless the countries we station bases in are willing to pay us to be there.
