The Obama Administration needs to become involved to request the release of Sea Shepherd's Captain Paul Watson from German custody for extradition to Costa Rica on a warrant from 2002 that has been dismissed by Interpol. There is a bounty for Captain Watson's head from Taiwanese shark-finning Mafia. If extradited there, his safety will be at grave risk.
