The current power of the Credit Reporting Agencies is to high and is unfairly and negatively affecting millions of Americans and forcing them into impoverish situations and making it near almost impossible for the lower class to rise out of the lower class and putting a squeeze on the middle class straining them into a lower class situation. I would like the Obama Administration to implement new laws and regulations to help more heavily monitor the Credit Reporting Agencies as well as monitor the reasoning behind their decisions. I would also like policies implemented that would put a basic set of blue prints that the CRA's must follow in making their decisions making it fair to all Americans. This blueprint should be made my a Government Agency and regulated and regularly updated.
