We believe the Obama Administration should strongly let the US know that Congress can not NOT pay our bills.

Created by T.G. on November 30, 2012

When our US Constitution was written it gave Congress the power, and the authorization, to raise and collect taxes. It, also, gave Congress the obligation to pay the bills that our country has already run up.

According to Perry v United States (1935), the US Congress does not have the right to not pay the bills that it has run up. They do not even have the right to put the idea in play.

Congress, as well as our President, seems to have forgotten that part of the 4th Amendment. They need to be reminded. Stongly and loudly.
