We, the people, do hereby proclaim our right to work securely wherever we are on the web without fear of hacking or compromise by unauthorized web users. The solution for this right is beyond the ability of any person, business or legal entity to create or enforce and needs the full focus, support and action with funding by our United States government to make this security a reality.
