We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

We Call on Congress to Acknowledge and Protect the Disabled as Guaranteed by the 14th Amendment of The U.S. Constitution

Created by C.G. on June 26, 2016

The Civil Rights and Due Process of Disabled "in care" are not protected and the problem is being covered up. Self policing state agencys are in charge of investigating accusations that the state would rather just go away. So most do. American's need to recognize the problems exist and do something about it.

Our solution is simple.

Mandated reporters must call 911 for emergency services when a crime has has been reported or witnessed. The same civil rights any person enjoys, the right to police protection & The right to due process of law. The right to accuse and be heard. The right to a medical exam in event of your death. All these rights are currently being denied for disabled persons in care. Mandated Reporters need to report to an unbiased legal authority.

Civil rights for All.
