We call congress to act on the issue of Fine Art classes getting cut around the country.

High school students around the country are slowly losing motivation to continue school because the fine art class that kept them there has been cut. This petition is wanting at least four fine art classes in each school. This does not include activities that high schools would call a sport. Plus, if schools fail to meet this standard, we will ask for a cut in that schools over all budget. High schools keeping more fine art classes would lower drop-out rates and potentially raise students grades over all because they, the students, would have a motivation to pass. Therefore, we ask you to keep a minimum of four fine art classes at each school.
