Based on the fact that Hillary Clinton won the popular vote, and that violence toward minorities has increased drastically and quickly; we request that Congress dissolve the Electoral College for 2016 election. Additionally we request that Congress disallow Donald Trump from assuming office based on Article one since he was endorsed by a known terrorist group (according to this website KKK is a terrorist group) and received money from members for his campaign. Additionally he is going to trial in December for fraud, and will be indicted unless there is judicial corruption. This will make him a felon, and unable to assume the office according to Article 2.
