we would convene a constitutional convention. 4 representative from each state nominated and voted for by the people of that state to meet either in person or electronically to propose additions, deletions or changes to the constitution of the u.s. those would then be voted on by the people of each state. the ones that pass would be sent to the state legilatures to be voted on for ratification. the convention would be chaired by one person nominated and voted on by the people. the representatives would have a time limit of 1 year to complete their work to make proposals. the purpose would be to clarify existing laws, and to clean up a broken political and judicial system.
