We call for the prosecution of Pete Santilli for vile threats publicly made against POTUS and Secretary of State Clinton

We the undersigned call for the arrest and prosecution of Pete Santilli, a radio talk show host and political activist for the extreme right wing of the conservative movement. On his show during the week of May 13, 2013 Mr. santilli went on a rant where he called for both former Presidents Bush 41 and 43 and President Obama to be “tried, convicted and shot” for “treason” He went on to call for former Secretary of Stat Hillary Clinton to be shot in a especially cruel way. He then went on to say he would personally like to carry out these threats. It is well known that threats made against the President of the United States and other public officials are serious violations of Federal law. These threats were made publicly and seriously. We call on the DOJ to enforce the law.
