We, claim under the ninth amendment U.S. Constitution the right to grow, posses, consume, and trade in cannabis.

We the people, claim the right to grow, consume, posses, and trade in cannabis, as is allowed under the ninth amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, and demand that the inferior federal laws prohibiting the use, possession, cultivation, consumption, and related commercial transactions be no longer enforced by this government of the United States of America, as they are in conflict with the supreme law of the land.
