The Office of Special Investigations has been investigating the abuse of Jeremy Kovach's daughter by NSA Agent USAF Sgt Kate Huguenin for 5 months. Though the child's own statements as well as the statements of several witnesses confirm the abuse took place, OSI is refusing their legal obligation to arrest and charge Sgt Huguenin. This is the same Sgt Huguenin that on June 21, 2013 KIDNAPPED the very same child and held her for three days. Sgt Huguenin had no legal right to do so and should have been charged at that time with felony kidnapping. NO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY HAS BEEN WILLING TO TAKE THE REPORT ON THE KIDNAPPING INCIDENT.WE DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE ARREST OF KATE HUGUENIN FOR FELONY KIDNAPPING AND CHILD ABUSE AND ENDANGERMENT
