In recent events, Loretta Lynch has appeared to shield Hillary Clinton from investigation by moving the court for a 2+ year extension of a court imposed deadline in order to "process emails" -- a task which Google can accomplish in mere seconds. This motion immediately follows yet another "ill advised" step by Ms. Lynch -- specifically meeting in private with Bill Clinton. Regardless of her motives, the very nature of that meeting and the immediate move to shield her from scrutiny yet again rises to a violation of Ethical Principle 14 which is outlined in Executive Order 12674.
Mr. President, you have said, "I have a pen and a phone." If Ms. Lynch does not immediately resign, she has cast your pen aside.
