CNN reports that President Obama and congressional leadership have been briefed on information regarding the comprise of the Trump campaign by Russian intelligence. According to the report, the information contained within these briefings was of such a sensitive nature that only people at the highest levels of government were privy, however someone within our very own intelligence community has apparently leaked this information to non-cleared journalists.
Pursuant to 18 U.S. Code § 798 we demand an investigation and subsequent prosecution of all parties involved. The law applies to everyone, all the time. Anyone who would be so careless with such highly classified information should lose their clearance immediately. The leak was clearly purposeful and highly illegal. We demand action.
