We demand that President Obama go after the criminal that uses a firearm and not the firearm.

We, the undersigned, demand that the Obama administration enforce laws regarding the possession and use of firearms by felons. Allow local prosecutors to prosecute people that use a firearm in the commission of a misdemeanor or felony to the full extent of the law. Do not create any laws that ban weapons to law abiding citizens based on their looks, "furniture" or ability to hold a number of bullets over 10. Allow law abiding citizens the right to enjoy the full extent of the 2nd amendment by choosing the firearm of their choice.
