Senator Rand Paul today (01/23/2012) was detained by the TSA from an apparent machine malfunction. This detention is a clear violation of Aricle I, Section VI of the Constitution.

We do not wish to hear from Pistole Directly. His response to the "Abolish the TSA, and use its monstrous budget..." Petition suggests a clear agenda of increasing the scope of his Administration with minimal respect for Rights of the American people.
Please address:
- Violation of Article I, Section VI of the Constitution
- Accountability of TSA for machine errors and malfunction, and for calibration records
- A clear apology to Sen. Paul.
- Overreaching authority by the TSA
