Americans have been victimized by unscrupulous lenders, and Mortgage Backed Securities comparable only to an intricate Ponzi Scheme. The American Middle Class has been disenfranchised and millions lost their homes to illegal foreclosures. Attempts to provide some form of compensation to the victims; by way of the IFR and National Mortgage Settlement, have now been plagued by the incompetence, and/or malfeasance, of the payee chosen by congress to distribute the funds, Rust Consulting.
Millions were allotted, from the settlement itself, for skip tracing, yet skip tracing was never conducted; tens of thousands of claimants have provided Rust Consulting with multiple W-9 forms, yet still have not received a check nor a date for mailing. We therefore demand Rust Consulting be investigated!
