The United States government has not passed a budget for the entire first term of the president. In a time of economic strife and hardship it is the responsibility of the government to pass a balanced budget and disclose this information to the American people. The administration has repeatedly insisted on increasing taxes for the citizens of this country, but without disclosing what in fact our tax dollars are going towards. Millions of families across the country are expected to make cuts in spending and stick to a tight budget and the government should be held to the same standards. We will no longer tolerate the out of control spending in Washington.
