We the descendants of African slaves in American have inherited depressed communities in need of reform from the inside out. Considering our unique history in America, we petition the U.S. government to recognize African American's as a sovereign minority group and supply resources needed to rebuild depressed black communities. Our mission is to rebuild our communities into open education centered, self sufficient communities with a 20 yr goal of:
1. Reformed k-12 public education
2. Reformed public healthcare
3. Economic independence
4. Non-renewable energy independence
