We don't want to be nation that conducted the destruction of our planet Earth, while the world's superpower

Do we want to go in history of world as the nation that damages everything on Earth?
With this petition we take the first step to redefine the American values and force our government as the executive arm of “we the people” to do everything necessary to put us in the right place of the history of our planet.
As citizens of the the world's superpower of the 20th and 21th century we are facing the biggest debacle and burden that needs to be addressed as soon as possible; the destruction of the life on Earth, be it plants or animals, atmosphere or all other resources that keep this planet alive. Its difficult to believe we “the people of United States Of America” are just by accident witnesses of this destruction and not the main contributor of this kind of destruction on Earth.
