Please intake this civil rights complaint which violates several of our most basic rights.
We shall file a formal complaint as it is no longer possible to correct the harm created by the City of Coral Gables. It has been close to six years of relentless efforts on our part, and not being able to accomplish a resolution to the following issues. It is clearly documented that the City cannot interpret their past of publicly recorded covenants documents, approvals, and variances with this property.
