We get $30.00 a month sence 1996 to date don't you think we can have a raise

We receive $30 a month out of our SSi checks A $1.00 A day.
although our SSI checks gets a cost of living raise We as residents in a nursing home don't see it within the $30 we get per month.
Sence we got the $30 in 1996 to 2016 OR 1943 whats it been 15 or 20 years we get A $1.00 a day is hard to buy any thing NOW .Hope you can make a bill for us.
