We hereby request that the US government acknowledge the anthropogenic nature of climate change.

Current debate around climate change is unwarranted and defies scientific consensus; many of the studies and cherry-picked arguments against anthropogenic climate change are made by corporations and organizations that profit from ongoing lack of regulation for CO2 emissions. Science as a way of arriving at knowledge obviously works; look at your cell phone, vehicle, microwave, etc. Arguments against science occur only when there is an ideological position it disagrees with or for-profit activity it interferes with. Otherwise the population is perfectly happy to accept science as generally true. We challenge this administration to stop corporate interests from creating the appearance of an ongoing scientific debate about climate change when there is none.
