US Congress empowers the US government to treat Hong Kong separately from China by the United States-Hong Kong Policy Act.
The fact, however, is that the autonomous ability of Hong Kong SAR government has been largely degraded due to MUCH intervention from the PRC.
We request the White House reconsider the act and cease its run.
