Some people are making petitions which are asking for those who 'sign petitions for their state to secede from the union', to be exiled, deported or whatever else they are thinking of.
I feel that the people who are asking for such 'punishments' truly need to read the Constitution of the United States and REALIZE that in doing what they are asking to be done, would be a violation of that person's Constitutional rights. Considering that as long as their state has NOT seceded from the Union, they should and are still to be considered United States citizens and are protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution and are guaranteed freedom of speech.
