If the obama administration really looks into this petition,this is what I am proposing, will create millions of jobs,by switching from gasoline to natural gas a technology that we already have and the cars will be cheaper than electrical cars a technology that I like but we are not there yet, also switching a car that runs on gasoline and make run on natural gas all it requires a kit that is already in the market,it will makes us anergy independent so the middle east cant force us to another trillion dollar war,all of this will be pay by private investors if they want a piece of the pye,and this can be done in less than 5 years ,PA did it in one year and just one state created 250,000 jobs,and I beleive we can also sell our oil to pay for the debt,and also 600 billion will stay here.
