We as the minority would like the 14th amendment changed or ratified that counts us as Three-Fifths of a person

I Would like the 14th amendment changed that states that blacks or minorities are counted as Three-FIFTHS of a person this should not be allowed in today's society who speaks so strongly on true equality here is my research.it states "Delegates opposed to slavery generally wished to count only the free inhabitants of each state,but delegates supportive of slavery,generally wanted to count slaves in their actual numbers.Since slaves could not vote,slave holders would thus have the benefit of increased representation in the house and electoral college.The final compromise of counting "all other persons" as only three-fifths of their actual number reduced the power of the slave states
