We must end test based education instead teaching to students also we must end gardionship of special needs adults

It is my belief that the test based education system of everyone Lurn the same way is wrong we must accept that people Lurn differently instead we should educate based on today's and tomorrow's jobs focused on graduating as many people as possible. Second we must make gardionship of persons with special needs ileagl accept in cases where the person is a threat to them selves and others and it can be proven same with mandatory group homes otherwise it should be unconstitutional.
