No reason for small government entities to ban solar panel use for small personal use in homes, small business, or otherwise.
Federal government has the responsibility to protect us from being stopped by local, county/parish, or state governments from using small scale solar energy gathering to reduce our need for commercial energy.
Also, if the commercial energy company collects this extra private energy they need to pay for it or reduce a consumer bill! They don't need to collect the energy and then sell it back to us for a fee!!
Everyone in DC talks about reducing our non-renewable energy, but won't let us do it ourselves as people. We need Smart and Consistent Regulation through out this nation on private solar panels!
