These mass-shootings have to stop. High-capacity magazines make it too easy for one shooter to kill large numbers of people (especially in an enclosed environment), since the shooter does not need to stop to reload for a long period of time. By banning high-capacity magazines, people trapped in these situations would have a much better chance to overpower the shooter and/or escape while the shooter has to stop and reload. This type of ban would not infringe on a law-abiding person's 2nd Amendment Right to bear arms, and is a small change that can save many, many lives.
